Repairs

It is in the interests of all that defects affecting the main structure of a block/building, communal areas and grounds are reported to the Managing Agents as soon as possible, in writing, or by telephone.

Remember that it may be more economical for smaller items of a non emergency nature to be dealt with later when other works are underway, but alerting the Managing Agent is the most important thing. The Managing Agent will acknowledge your contact.

Please remember that individual lessees and owners of freehold properties are responsible for dealing with any repair within their property including any services which exclusively serve their home.
