Health and Safety is largely a matter of common sense some points and Principles to be
aware of:
- Do think about others when you drive through the Estate. There may be mothers with babies, pedestrians,
cyclists, walkers, or other motorists just around the corner! Please keep your speed down to 10 mph.
- Please do not park vehicles on the pavements. It obstructs the pavement for pedestrians, persons with
disabilities and others. Please report any problems to a Director or to the Managing Agent.
- We are delighted that the children and young adults are making good use of the lawns etc but please be
aware of the covenants etc. Dogs should not be taken on the grassed areas as babies and children do tend
to crawl/roll about and lie down and others may sunbathe there. Also ball games are not allowed anywhere
on the estate.
- NO CYCLING ON THE CULTIVATED AREAS or on pavements
Although the Pavilions is a private estate, we are located in the centre of town and as such have a large number of
non residents passing through therefore it is important to remember that we must all remain vigilant.
Fortunately we have very few reported incidents of criminal activity but the opportunists will inevitably
continue to be a threat. The Board will continue to do all it can to ensure that security measures are in place
but we trust that all residents will take both individual and collective responsibility to ensure we remain
relatively crime free. We urge you to contact the police if at any time you observe suspicious activity
