Parking There is a parking permit system in place at the Pavilions. This is to stop local shoppers
and workers using our estate as a free car park. Permits have been issued to all owners, and they and their
tenants need to be aware of the parking control regime and the covenants regarding parking, and in brief these
are:
- No commercial /trade vehicles should be parked on the estate
- No boats or caravans are permitted.
We have employed a car parking agency to enforce the parking on site. To assist them in this
it is essential that you have your permits on display at all times whilst on the estate. You are reminded that
numbered spaces are allocated to individual properties and that these should only be used by the residents
of the relevant property. Spaces marked with a “V” are available on a first come first served basis.
Overflow parking
is available from 19:00 hours to 07:00 hours daily and all weekend in the Nationwide car park in Frankton Way.
Residents should also be reminded that a 10 mile per hour speed limit exists on all roads on the estate, and that
a one way system around either end of the barrack block is in place please ensure that you comply with the
directional and no entry signs etc.

Rubbish and RECYCLING
The bin stores are for SOLE use of residents living in flats. All householders should have their own black
and green bins. These are to be put out on bin day at collection points. Any householder who does not have
a bin should contact the Council and arrange to have one delivered.
The bin stores are always overflowing due largely to inconsiderate use by residents. If you find your nearest
bin store is full please use another one. There are plenty on site and some are tucked away and underused.
Also, please refrain from emptying non-recycle material into the recycle bins.
If the recycle bins are contaminated with the wrong type of waste the Council will not empty the bin and
a special collection is then required which costs you £100.
Overflowing bins cause mess, smells and attract vermin. The cleanup is expensive and paid for by your estate
charges. If we do not get this issue under control the Council could withdraw their services. We would
have to employ a private company to take our refuse away and this will be costly and charged to you.
