The estate, is as you know, a private development in which all owners are shareholders. A Company was formed by the developers (SUNLEY ESTATES) to manage the estate when the developer left the site. The company, Pavilions Gosport Management Company Ltd, is responsible for all matters relating to the running of the estate. Owners on purchase are asked to confirm that they are willing to become a Director of the company. At the AGM in 2009 there were eight volunteers for the posts who were duly nominated and voted in at the AGM.

The Directors have agreed to take on the roles as set out below. All directors can be contacted via the managing agents.

It is the intention of the Directors to ensure that the estate and its finances are managed correctly and that service charges are set at such a level to ensure the estate is maintained to the highest standard, including provision for the future.
